Q: Why are you called Misfit Talent?
A: “Misfits” are the disruptors, the change agents, the creative thinkers and doers whose non-traditional paths uniquely position them to transform businesses. We specialize in hybrid talent -- those individuals with meaningful experience in multiple disciplines who bring with them a distinct combination of skills and experience. As these people perform beyond the confines of conventional job titles, these Misfits inevitably stand out and thrive in companies who know how to empower their unique abilities.

A: As an executive talent firm, we focus on senior roles that shape and influence the direction of a company.
Q: Can your team work from our office?
A: In a retained approach, we sometimes deploy resources to serve as an embedded part of your team to train, establish best practices, consult on culture evolution, advise on talent needs, guide job definition & responsibilities, etc.

A: We’re based in Brooklyn, New York and Lisbon, Portugal…but we work with clients all over the world, often embedding teams with clients wherever needed.
